Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct Comprehensive Examinations: Perform detailed dental assessments, evaluate patient needs, and communicate treatment options.
- Diagnose and Treat Conditions: Address dental issues such as cavities, infections, and gum disease with expertise and care.
- Preventive Care: Deliver routine cleanings, fluoride applications, and patient education to promote oral health.
- Restorative Procedures: Restore patient smiles through fillings, crowns, bridges, and additional restorative treatments.
- Perform Extractions: Execute safe extractions and minor oral surgeries, offering clear guidance on post-treatment care.
- Cosmetic Dentistry: Provide cosmetic options such as teeth whitening and veneers, aligning with patient goals.
- Patient Relationship Management: Build trusting relationships, actively listening to patient concerns and offering compassionate guidance.
- Maintain Patient Records: Document all procedures and patient interactions accurately for continuity of care.
- Collaborate with Dental Team: Work closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Dental Medicine (DMD): Completion of an accredited dental program.
- State Dental License: Must hold a valid state license in Texas.
- Communication Skills: Ability to create a comfortable and informative environment for patients.
- Team-Oriented: Strong collaboration skills and a commitment to a positive work atmosphere.
